The Flour Shop is a locally sourced, all scratch bakery, proudly participating in the Emmaus Market for over 11 years. It is owned and operated by Chef Michael Corrigan, and Mary Venable, of Bethlehem.
We strive to produce the finest quality baked goods, using the very best ingredients from the market, for the market! From our Organic Flour Breads, to Granolas, Pastas, Croissants, Cookies, Lavash, Panini, Soups, Salads, Gluten-Free Breads, Pastries & Cookies, or our Moravian Sugar Cake, Sticky Buns, and Apple Turnovers, everything is hand mixed, formed and baked daily. We utilize the freshest ingredients from our own chemical free garden, and from all of our grower/ producer friends, like Fresh Fruit from Hauseman's, and Scholl Orchards, fresh Vegetables from Lettuce Alone Farm, Rabbit's Run and, BaD Farm's Meats and Cheeses, Raw Milk, and eggs, Wild Fox Meats and Greens, Stagecoach Apiaries Honey, Primordia's Mushrooms, Backyard Bison, Ironstone Creamery, Red Earth...I can't think of one grower we aren't excited to work with!
