Dragonfly Hill Farm is nestled on a little over four acres in the hills of the Lehigh Valley on land once inhabited by the Lenni Lenape people. Dragonfly Hill Farm & Kitchen was founded in 2020 by Wandy, wife, mother of 2 adult children and two-time cancer survivor. Homemade, local produce and meats were a crucial piece of Wandy’s health journey along with her treatments. It’s now her joy and purpose to grow gourmet garlic and unique berries to create unique products for the community.
We grow 8 Organic Gourmet Heirloom Hard-neck Garlic Varieties to create small-batch products all processed on the farm. Our dehydrated diced blend and our sliced
varieties of hand-neck garlic can be added to soups, stews, stir-fries, meat rubs, pizza topping, or they can be rehydrated for salsa, guacamole, garlic rice, salad dressings or anywhere you would use fresh garlic. In addition, we use our garlic scape to create GS Pesto and GS Butter. Our newest product is Black Garlic! Black
Garlic takes weeks to ferment, creating a delicious caramel-like flavor. Some of our products are BG Puree, BG Butter and BG Ice Cream!
In addition, we grow unique berries like elderberry, aronia, gooseberries, haskap and red currants.
