Want to register as a vendor?

Vendors sell food and beverage products at the market. We currently do not allow crafters or food trucks. Before considering an application you must:

  1. Read our Bylaws (updated 3/25)
  2. Read our Rules & Regulations (updated 3/25)
  3. Email us for a Vendor Application when spots open. More details in March 2026 after our meeting.

Want to reserve space as a non-profit or play music?

Non-vendors are those who will not sell products but want a space to showcase their non-profit or musical talent. Please first review our Bylaws and Rules and Regulations before submitting any documents.

If you at 18 and older (or solo with parent/guardian) and want to showcase musical talent, fill out our updated Music Entertainment Request Form.

We are currently booking talent and non-profits for our 23rd season. Please fill out appropriate form and email us. ***Please note: All requests must be scheduled (and approved with documentation) 2 weeks prior to date(s) requested.***

If you want to showcase your non-profit, fill out our Community Table Request Form. We do require  (1) an updated copy of your 501(c)3 and (2) liability insurance documents both with The Borugh of Emmaus & Emmaus Farmers’ Market including addresses. Details emailed upon receipt of Community Table Request Form. There are many slots open!
