Want to register as a vendor?
Vendors sell food and beverage products at the market. We currently do not allow crafters or food trucks. Before considering an application you must:
- Read our Bylaws (updated 3/25)
- Read our Rules & Regulations (updated 3/25)
- Email an application (currently closed).
IMPORTANT UPDATE March 17, 2025:
Applications for our 22nd season from May-Novemer 2025 are now CLOSED until futher notice.
Please check back toward the end of our season for any further updates to specific category openings.

Want to reserve space as a non-profit or play music?
Non-vendors are those who will not sell products but want a space to showcase their non-profit or musical talent. Please review our Bylaws and Rules and Regulations before submitting any documents.
If you at 18 and older and want to showcase musical talent, fill out our Music/Entertainment Request Form.
Update February 22, 2025:
MUSICIANS ARE BOOKED FOR 2025. There are still plenty of dates open for non-profit Community Tables.
If you want to showcase your non-profit, fill out our Community Table Request Form. We do require (1) an updated copy of your 501(c)3 and (2) liability insurance documents both with The Borugh of Emmaus & Emmaus Farmers’ Market including addresses. Details emailed upon receipt of Community Table Request Form. There are many slots open!
