Hausman Fruit Farm has been with the Emmaus Farmers Market since it opened in 2003. We focus on bringing you the quality and freshness of fruits and vegetables that you deserve.
We offer you in season – asparagus, rhubarb, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, apricots, plums, peaches, nectarines, sweet corn, apples and pears. Apple cider is a fall favorite made with a variety of apples that are picked that week. Please check with us weekly for updates to your favorites.
We also offer made from scratch fruit inspired pies, cakes, muffins, breads, doughnuts. Jams, fruit salsa, pie filling and other fruit related processed items are available. All made in our own bakery.
While at the market, stop by to talk with Keith and Carol Hausman, or with their son Justin and daughter-in-law April Hausman. Maybe see some of the grandchildren helping or keeping the tractor seat warm.
Hausman Fruit Farm began in 1916 by George and Cora Hausman. Their son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Miriam Hausman operated the farm from the 1960’s-1990’s. Their son Keith along with wife Carol, and grandson Justin continued the operations in 2000. Today Justin and his wife April, along with their 4 children (5th generation) have taken on the tradition of growing fine quality fruits and produce along with ventures in agritainment and events on the farm! Their oldest, Lacey, has introduced equine activities on the farm. She does pony rides during the festivals and offers lessons and pony parties throughout the year.
