High point kombucha

High Point Kombucha brews traditional, single-batch, raw kombucha in a large variety of flavors.  We brew all kombucha with organic, loose-leaf black and white teas, and use only whole fruits, veggies, and herbs for the flavors, with the majority sourced from local Lehigh Valley Farms.  With over 30 flavors to choose from throughout the year, there’s always something for everybody!  We offer everything we make in 12oz cans, and also bring 4 rotating flavors on tap to the market every week to fill growlers, bottles, jars, and cups (bring anything, as long as it’s clean!)

 

Our kombucha is very approachable – it is not very vinegary, nor is it too sweet, or too fizzy. Local kombucha is tremendously more tasty than any large store brand, and it’s also way more nutritious…the ingredients are simply tea, cane sugar, and filtered water along with the starter culture. Customers get a real, raw, simple fermented food with no artificial ingredients whatsoever!
