Owner and Pastry Chef Sarah Principe blends classic desserts with a fresh, local sensibility, creating baked goods that feel both elevated and comforting. With over 16 years of experience in fine dining, Sarah honed her craft under some of San Francisco’s most celebrated chefs before becoming an Executive Pastry Chef and instructor. Her background in high-end kitchens, combined with a passion for teaching and creativity, is reflected in everything she bakes.

Now based in Pennsylvania, Sarah has found her place in the local food scene. Inspired to launch her own micro bakery, she was met with a warm welcome from the farmers market community. Their support—and the joy she sees in her customers—continues to remind her that her work is truly worthy.
